Cancellation / Returns / Refund Policy

1) Order cancellation (before delivery)
- You may cancel your order within 48 hours of order confirmation with no cancellation fees.
- If cancelled after 48 hours, a cancellation fee of 20% of the invoice value may apply.
- If cancelled after 3 days, a cancellation fee of 50% of the invoice value may apply.
2) Returns & exchanges (30 days, any reason)
You may request a return or exchange for any reason within 30 days from the Delivery Date, provided that:
- The item is in original condition, with no misuse, stains, damage, or missing parts
- The item has not been moved to another location after delivery
- The item has not been disassembled/reassembled by the customer or any unauthorized third party
- Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is provided
Important: Delivery fees are non-refundable. Pickup/transportation fees (if applicable) may apply based on location and will be confirmed before scheduling.
3) Refunds (money back)
A cash refund is available only in cases of a confirmed manufacturing defect. NOAH may request photos/videos and/or an inspection visit to confirm the defect and determine the appropriate resolution.
Where feasible, NOAH will offer repair or replacement first. A cash refund will be issued only if repair/replacement is not feasible, based on NOAH’s assessment.
4) Acceptance and damage reporting
You must inspect items upon delivery/installation and report visible damage, missing parts, or issues within 24 hours of the Delivery Date with clear evidence.
5) Written changes only
No verbal changes are accepted. Any changes must be documented in writing through NOAH’s official channels.
